Everyone from Franky in patient onboarding and reception to medical staff and Dr. Guiteau himself were very personable and professional. The doctor took all the time I needed to explain things in a clear and concise manner. Even leading up to my initial visit, Franky made sure to check in with me to have everything in order for that first visit. South Florida Advanced is awesome. I recommend Sergio Guiteau to anyone that doesn’t have a doctor. Franky, who is the office manager is always, always, always on point. I came to this office at 32 weeks pregnant and now I have a one year old little girl. Dr. Sergio Guiteau and Franky has been nothing but the best. By far one of the best experiences I have had when getting Botox. I actually got a new product called Xeon. Everyone in this office is amazing. Franky the office manager made every step of scheduling and confirming so easy. Sue Ann, the nurse in the office was very professional and friendly making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Guiteau was such a pleasure to meet and be treated by. He explained the procedure in depth and answered my many questions about todays procedure and potential future visits. Never once did it feel rushed. I will definitely be recommending this office to others.
