Dr. Guiteau is board-certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He specializes in aesthetic medicine, ultrasound guided musculoskeletal and regenerative sports medicine, as well as antiaging medicine.
He is a consulting physician for the Confederation of North, Central America, and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF), the National Basketball Association/Women’s National Basketball Association (NBA and WNBA), The Basketball Africa League (BAL), and NBA G League.
He has published and lectured on several topics in primary care, aesthetics, sports medicine, and anti-aging medicine. He is equipped to provide comprehensive primary/preventive care, aesthetic care and non-operative orthopedic care to all ages.
Dr. Guiteau not only lives and works in South Florida, he is also an active member of the community. He is a regular volunteer at Broward Partnership for the Homeless.

She furthered her expertise with clinical and laboratory training on HIV/AIDS at Cornell Hospital, Arthur Ashe Foundation, NY. Dr. Villaverde obtained her foundational medical education at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba, graduating from the Finlay-Albarrán School of Medicine.
Her commitment to advancing medical knowledge is evident in her publications, including the “Guideline for the Care of HIV/AIDS patients in Cuba” in 1995. Dr. Villaverde holds multiple certifications, including ACLS, PALS, and BLS. She achieved Family Medicine Board Certification in 2013, showcasing her dedication to delivering comprehensive healthcare.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Villaverde’s diverse language skills enhance her ability to connect with and serve a broad range of patients. Cyndi Gavilanes
PA-CCynthia “Cyndi” Gavilanes is a seasoned Physician Associate whose commitment to patient well-being is reflected in her diverse skill set and extensive medical experience. Cyndi specializes in aesthetic treatments, including Botox and Kybella procedures, facial balancing utilizing dermal fillers, microneedling utilizing PRP and PRF-related techniques, and minimally invasive facelifts through PDO threads. She is passionate about holistic health and also has extensive experience offering personalized weight management solutions with bespoke dietary plans. Moreover, Cyndi is dedicated to optimizing hormonal health and has experience providing meticulous replacement treatment plans for both men and women.
In her academic journey, Cyndi achieved certification as a Physician Associate from the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Associate Studies from Touro College, NY, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a major in Biology from Nova Southeastern University, FL.

Sandra Guiteau
DNP, ARPN, FNP-BCSandra Guiteau, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is the dedicated force behind our Chronic Disease Management Program. Armed with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Florida International University and a solid foundation in nursing from Utica University, Sandra is well-equipped to guide patients through the intricate landscape of managing multiple chronic conditions. As an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Florida, Sandra brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her role.
Sandra’s commitment to patient well-being extends beyond traditional healthcare roles. Serving as a Master Trainer in both Chronic Disease Self-Management (CDSM) and Diabetes Self-Management (DSM), she empowers patients with the knowledge and tools to navigate their health journeys. Sandra’s professional focus on addressing health disparities for underserved and immigrant populations aligns with her passion for inclusivity in healthcare.
